Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Works as part of a small team t on all tasks related to the Information Technology Department’s portfolio of initiatives and activities, with a focus on portfolio analysis, reporting, and department governance activities
  • Analyzes portfolio data and develops status reports to be delivered to senior management
  • Supports contract management and maintenance in the department, in conjunction with Legal and Procurement
  • Facilitates all aspects of Technology procurement (PO placement, invoice processing, etc.)
  • Telecom management
  • Assists in facilitating departmental reviews of the Technology portfolio
  • Drives technology RFP / RFI reviews and reports results
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across the company in non-technical roles
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Knowledge, Experience & Abilities

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management tools and methodologies
  • Fully proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel experience and/or expertise a plus
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis into hardware and software products as required
  • Determines cost of operations in relation to licensing, leases, and contracts
    • Collects operational data, analyzes results, and monitors variances
    • Tracks and determines compliance status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Organized, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
