DTD Yield Engineer

Job Description
DTD Yield Engineer is going to be responsible for driving understanding and resolution of die yield limiting issues of new 3D NAND technologies through data analysis, DOE and fab process optimization, by working across different functional TD process and integration areas, collaborating with product, test engineering teams in different time zones, and promoting learnings of relationship between physical defect inline and electrical defects at end-of-line.
The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Minimum Qualifications:
� MS or PhD in a science or engineering field and more than 2 years of experience in semiconductor research development or manufacturing environment are required.
� Demonstrated good problem solving with creativity and out-of-box thinking. Strong expertise of process characterization qualification and troubleshooting is required.
� Have good understanding of process control methodology and statistics related to manufacturing.
