Do you want to be part of setting the strategic direction for our future enabling functions? Do you want to develop and refine the enabling functions and its processes to fit business strategy and customer offering? Do you have experience from digitization and want to improve our customer and co-worker journeys through efficient processes and digital solutions throughout our different channels?
We are now looking for a Product Developer who wants to join our Enabling Functions team in Business Development in the division Corporate and Private Customers (C&PC) and help drive digital transformation and development of our processes and solutions.
About the job
You will be part of the Enabling Functions team in Business Development, C&PC, where we focus on the enabling functions and capabilities cross our products, processes and segments in the division, e.g digital signing of agreements, archiving and ID solutions. You will be an important part in forming, driving and coordinating our roadmap going forward within the area in general and in particular by focusing on taking the division to the next level within the Authorisations and Power of Attorneys area.
We work in cross functional teams to enable good collaboration and efficiency. You will be a key player within a team working cross product and segment to support reaching our strategic goals. You will often act as the bridge between business and Tech.
You will drive and coordinate the development agenda in defined tribes. Together with different stakeholders you will ensure that the different processes and solutions have customer value as well as good user experience, both in physical and digital channels. You will strive towards constant improvement, challenge existing processes and solutions and secure development so that solutions support our digital transformation journey. You will also write requirements and manage projects and initiatives.
Who are you?
You are a doer that truly enjoys rolling up your sleeves and make things happen. You are structured and like to find efficient solutions in a complex setting. You have an analytical mindset and have the capability to analyze data and put it into context. You can see things from a holistic perspective as well as being into the details while taking different perspectives into consideration. You can turn creative ideas into clear business requirements.
You are a good listener, communicator and a team player who can make sure everybody works toward the same goal. You have experience from working with digital development and challenging existing solutions. You see change as an opportunity to improve. Networking and building strong long-term business relationships comes naturally to you. You are flexible, likes a role with variation and are triggered about walking a new path.
Experience of agile ways of working and digital development are meriting. You have an academic education, experience from the financial industry or experience from products and processes defined as enablers, and you are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English..
