Global Lead First Level Support (f/m/d) at GEA Group

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Lead the Global HR First Level Support within HR Operations, with 4 Team leads (in Berlin and Kuala Lumpur)
  • Steering of a global structure for bridging and enabling the business locally with regard to our operating model
  • Coach, motivate and develop the Team leads and employees in the First Level Support
  • Establish continuous learning and enablement for team members
  • Improve and ensure the needed customer centricity in our HR products & processes and further improve the customer focus in our operations
  • Allocate respective resources and prioritize initiatives / projects within the First Level Support
  • Create a mechanism for collecting and analyzing customer feedto continuously improve the quality of our services
  • Establish a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within the First Level Support under consideration of other HR Operation functions
  • Ability to translate HR Operating Model and Service Delivery model into actions
  • Ensure communication to all stakeholders
  • Establish KPI’s and SLA’s to ensure targets are met
  • Define together with the internal counterparts the quantitative and qualitative aspects of HR operational reporting

Your profile and qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, HR or similar
  • Experience in leading managers
  • Ability to lead internationally and/or culturally diverse teams
  • Extensive experience in working in Shared Service Center environments
  • Strong Leadership and change management competencies
