Sales & Customer Support Representative at Strömma Danmark A/S

We are now looking for a Sales & Customer Support Representative to our office in Oslo for the season of 2022. You will be a part of a fun and energetic team and help us deliver memories for life to our customers and partners. We are looking for you who are organized, social, efficient, professional and self driven.
It is a seasonal job (100%) between April/May and August. If possible you will start to work part time from January. We prefer that you can work the whole period. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00, it will include some weekends and evenings.

Some of the daily tasks

  • Answer and take care of customer questions via email and phone
  • Work with our cooperation’s with OTAs
  • Working towards hotels and be in charge of their sales of our products
  • Update our social media channels
  • Update our websites
  • Customer surveys
  • Deliveries of material to partners
  • Other ad hoc tasks

You are

  • Self driven
  • Organized
  • Have customer and service focus
  • Works structured, goal oriented and is quality conscious
  • Creative in your solutions and adapt quickly to the situation
  • Has extensive computer experience and experience in booking and sales systems
  • Fluent in both speaking and writing in Norwegian and English. Other language skills is a plus
