Position Summary

  • Identifies, diagnoses, debugs, and resolves issues in complexity from low to high.
  • Documents and conveys problems, root causes, and resolutions through company procedures, user guides, and requirements analysis.
  • Works on other projects and tasks as deemed necessary.
  • Coordinate with different teams and administer code migrations in various environments and production outputs.
  • Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for all problems.

Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis, design permanent solutions, and document the results for others. Keeping record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates. Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 6+ years relevant industry experience.
  • Relevant experience in a Support or Engineering role (or similar); experience in software development and/or customer experience is a plus.
  • Experience using of any one of the scripting languages such as SQL (Oracle or MySQL), Java, JavaScript, Python.
  • Familiar with AWS services (such as S3, lambda, Glue, RDS, Redshift, Athena, EC2 etc.).
  • Experienced in working with relational OLTP database systems (such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and analytical database engines (such as Redshift and Snowflake). NoSQL database experience is good to have.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical and business details with the team, leadership, and other technical teams
  • Strong experience with Application/Software Support and or Customer experience
  • Understanding of Health Monitoring tools like Sumo Logic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics etc.
  • Good understanding of Perfmon, WinDBG, Filemon, Procmon, Process explorer, TCP/IP dumps etc.
  • Experience with software development methodologies Agile / SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall.
  • Experience with Service Desk, ServiceNow, or other Request/Support-based ticket handling systems.
  • Stellar troubleshooting skills with the ability to spot issues before they become larger systemic problems.
  • Applied knowledge of working with version control and CI/CD workflow tools (such git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • Self-starter ability to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
