Manager, Digital Performance Measurement Analytics at Telenor Norge

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and interpret various statistics from multiple dtac sources & channels to product owners to optimize products and set directions
  • Establish actionable Dashboards and provide ongoing reporting, targets and plans to drive outcomes to move KPIs and to continuously improve the digital customer experience
  • Delivers actionable data-driven recommendations for enhancing digital experiences, growing traffic, deepening user engagement and maximizing revenues
  • Communicate performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively make recommendations based on where the initiatives are meeting, exceeding, or missing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure high-quality analysis
  • Support the procurement of the necessary digital platforms to support automated and real-time collection and presentation of data
  • Perform other special projects, as assigned
  • 5+ year of experience in data analysis, business analyst, or related field.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of analytics platforms and other business intelligence tools
  • Solid knowledge of Statistics, high comfort level with quantitative analysis. For example: A/B testing and hypothesis testing
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as data studio, Tableau, power BI and a talent for building presentations in PowerPoint
  • Experience with app and/or web analytics implementation e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, etc
  • Deep understanding of marketing, advertising, customer journey and customer profiling
  • Understanding of Telco business, Digital Marketing solution, Google cloud platform is a plus
  • A self-starter that is able to communicate effectively at all levels as well as work independently
