Your role:
As “Intern Strategy Implementation” you will be part of a newly formed team that drives future ways of working across the organization both with regards to internal collaboration (e.g. culture, capabilities & processes) and customer engagement evolution (e.g. interaction with Health Care Providers and others). You will contribute to different projects and lead assigned project areas according to your defined internship plan and support the team with their every-day tasks. During your internship you will be able to bring in new ideas and a fresh mindset while applying your skills and experience from university and previous internships. The Strategy Implementation internship will combine Science, Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Project Management and therefore cover different areas that will accelerate your learning curve.

Who you are:
  • Master’s student in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, New Media Management, Digital Marketing or similar
  • Ideally previous experience (e.g. through internships / working student experience) in (Pharma) industry
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High confidence in handling MS Office 365, (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Action-oriented, innovative & future-oriented thinking
