You will support our ambitious plan to: scale up and skill up our Talent Acquisition team, hire diverse and future-ready talent, and create a ‘best in class’ candidate experience. You will be growing our Talent Ambassador Program to empower and educate our employees from around the globe on how they can help Avanade acquire the best talent.
We are a mighty team of four—five when you join us—with huge goals to transform the way Avanade acquires the right talent. You’ll support the Global Talent Acquisition Transformation team, spearheading initiatives with local Talent Acquisition, Global Recruitment Marketing, Learning and Development and Human Resource teams. We think boldly and inclusively. We experiment with new approaches and expect some to fail. We collaborate daily over coffee (or tea for our British colleague). We like solving hard problems. We remove barriers to entry so we can expand our talent pools and provide more opportunities for all to thrive at Avanade. Interest and/or experience in: Human Resources, Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, Change Management, Organizational Psychology, Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, or other related fields.
Experience in managing large complex projects along with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated capability to work well in a team and independently in a fully remote role. Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and / or Employer Brand / Recruitment Marketing principles preferred. Knowledge of these frequently used tools extremely beneficial: Microsoft Excel (e.g., proficiency with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft PowerPoint (skills with an eye for detail on formatting and graphics/charts).
