Sales excellence & Dealer development Manager at Grundfos

Job Purpose

Improve dealer management quality and process for high growth business;

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Channel Insight to optimize dealer management towards Grundfos Strategy;
  • Proceed dealer management from strategy, to selection, onboarding, dealer performance management and termination.
  • Better visibility of dealer performance with aligned dashboard and tracking mechanism;
  • Conduct CRM, 7SS, HSS and Value based selling course to GF sales
  • Conduct CRM, 7SS, HSS and Value based selling course to GF dealers
  • Design dealer development program in China Academy
  • Other tasks from manager

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8-10 years’ work experience, in which training experience is preferred;
  • Experience understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop channels and related strategies;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication skills;
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate using English and local language
  • Sales experience is preferred.
